Alloy barrels are made by casting a 3-8mm layer of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant alloy on the inner wall of the barrel. Their effective service life is greatly improved compared with ordinary nitrided barrels. Their superiority is particularly prominent when processing special types of plastics such as engineering plastics, fluoroplastics, polysulfone and PPO.
The alloy screw adopts the alloy powder self-made by our company. The alloy is sprayed and welded on the screw edge part. Different alloys and welding methods can be adopted for screws with different functions. The tungsten carbide alloy screw barrel independently proportionally formulated by our company is leading in China, and the content of tungsten carbide (WC) is 35%. Products that incorporate 50% glass fiber and recycled materials have a longer service life.
Purpose:
The inner hole of the barrel is centrifugally cast with double alloy powder. The double alloy screw barrel features wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance. It is commonly used in lenses, transparent shells, cosmetic containers, transparent acrylic, nylon, PVC, PC, PPA, PPO, PPS, PA6T, LCP, ABS fireproof, bakelite, PC+ glass fiber, nylon + glass fiber, magnetic powder, ceramic powder, aluminum-magnesium powder, iron powder, electric injection molding machines, etc.
